Most 200-hour trainings put you in a room with forty strangers and a syllabus. Ours is built differently: a maximum of 15 students, direct access to your teachers, and, because you’re training in Goa, Ayurvedic learning and a doctor’s consultation built into your 21 days.

Before you book anything, we’d rather talk. A 20-minute call with one of our team tells you more about whether this training and this date are right for you than any page can.

Who’s actually teaching you

Our founder and lead teacher, Hariji, began his own path in the foothills of the Himalayas, studying traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, Vedanta philosophy and Ayurveda under his own teachers. Every training here comes from that same lineage, taught by people who’ve walked the path themselves before they guide you through it.

“If you are not breathing, you are not doing yoga.”

Questions people ask us before booking a call

Do I need previous experience?
No. We welcome complete beginners through to experienced practitioners and current teachers. A basic familiarity with yoga helps, but it isn’t required.
What style should I choose?
You can train in Ashtanga/Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin or Yoga Therapy. If you’re not sure which fits your goals, that’s exactly what the call is for.
What language is the training taught in?
English. Our teachers are fluent, and we support non-native English speakers throughout.
How do I prepare?
Starting a regular practice beforehand helps, along with some reading on yoga philosophy. Once you register, we’ll send a full packing list and pre-course materials.
What about visas and travel?
Visa requirements depend on your nationality; most travellers use a tourist or e-visa. We recommend arriving a few days early to settle in, and our team can help with the practical questions.
What does the Ayurvedic doctor’s consultation involve?
A one-to-one session with a qualified Ayurvedic doctor that looks at your constitution and daily habits. [VERIFY: current consultation format / personalised-plan wording for this cohort before publishing]
