A 21-day immersion into Yoga and Ayurveda — designed to deepen your practice, strengthen your understanding and help you find your own voice as a teacher.
15 Students21 Days1-on-1 Mentorship
Most 200-hour trainings put you in a room with forty strangers and a syllabus. Ours is built differently.
We believe becoming a teacher requires something more personal: time, guidance and space to go deeper.
With a maximum of 15 students, direct access to your teachers, 1-on-1 mentorship, Ayurveda and a doctor’s consultation, your 21 days in Goa are designed as an immersive experience, not simply a certification.
Small group. Deep learning. A more personal path to teaching.
Choosing a teacher training is personal. Take 20 minutes to meet our team, ask your questions and get a feel for whether Shree Hari is the right place for your journey.

Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is rooted in Hatha Yoga, with Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Yoga Therapy pathways to choose from, and Ayurvedic principles woven throughout. This is for anyone with a genuine interest in yoga, not only people planning to teach. Beginners, dedicated practitioners and those already teaching who want to deepen their foundation are all welcome. No previous teaching experience is required.

Amazing place! Completed the 200TTC course over there and probably one of the best gifts I ever offered myself. If you hesitate between places I strongly recommend Hari — he is truly a great teacher, and I found really amazing other teachers too, beautiful food and accommodation.
It was the most amazing experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better TTC. All the teachers had so much knowledge to share, and the yoga school is in the most beautiful location between the beach and the jungle. So grateful to Hari ji and all the other teachers, staff and students for the experience I had.
The whole teaching team were so supportive and enthusiastic — it was clear everyone was very passionate about what they are doing. It was one of the only YTT courses in India I found that was multi-style and offered so much teaching practice. You leave the course with skills as well as knowledge.
All-inclusive: every class and workshop, three vegetarian meals daily, 1-on-1 mentorship, ice bath access and an Ayurvedic doctor’s consultation.
The earlier you pay, the more you save.
On your call, we’ll help you choose the right style, room type and start date. There’s no obligation to book anything on the call itself.

Our founder and lead teacher, Hari ji, began his own path in the foothills of the Himalayas, studying traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, Vedanta philosophy and Ayurveda under his own teachers. Every training here comes from that same lineage, taught by people who’ve walked the path themselves before they guide you through it.
“If you are not breathing, you are not doing yoga.”
— Hari ji
This training is certified through Yoga Alliance (USA). On completion, you’ll hold the RYT 200 designation, so you can register as a teacher and build on it with further training later if you choose to.
Something we haven’t covered?
No. We welcome complete beginners through to experienced practitioners and current teachers. A basic familiarity with yoga helps, but it isn’t required.
You can train in Ashtanga/Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin or Yoga Therapy. If you’re not sure which fits your goals, that’s exactly what the call is for.
English. Our teachers are fluent, and we support non-native English speakers throughout.
Starting a regular practice beforehand helps, along with some reading on yoga philosophy. Once you register, we’ll send a full packing list and pre-course materials.
Visa requirements depend on your nationality; most travellers use a tourist or e-visa. We recommend arriving a few days early to settle in, and our team can help with the practical questions.
A one-to-one session with a qualified Ayurvedic doctor that looks at your constitution and daily habits.
No pressure, no sales script. Just one of our team, twenty minutes, and honest answers about whether this training and this date are right for you.
