Monika Sabolova
Mon is a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher, as well as a lifelong student of the practice, bringing over five years of professional teaching experience and more than a decade of personal practice. She is a 500 E-RYT with additional certifications in Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Philosophy. In her asana practice, she specializes in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga.
Her classes are a harmonious blend of mindful movement, breath awareness, and precise alignment, supporting the body’s natural structure, while guiding students into the meditative depth of Yin. Often, her sessions are complemented by yoga nidra, sound baths, or mantra chanting, creating a holistic experience for both body and mind.
Mon has taught in studios, private sessions, group classes, and 1‑on‑1 mentoring. She also leads yoga retreats and workshops, focusing on hands-on adjustments, Vinyasa sequencing, arm-balancing, and mantra circles.
Rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga, her teaching invites students to shift from focused attention to embodied awareness—the state of simply being. Through her guidance, students learn to expand while softening, creating space for presence, ease, and self-discovery.
