THE POWER OF QI GONG & YIN YOGA

Qi Gong is the ancient Taoist art of cultivating life-force energy (Qi) through intentional movement, breath, and awareness. Yin Yoga is the practice of stillness, fascia release, meridian stimulation, and energetic opening.

We have found the true magic in this combination. Inspired deeply by our teacher Mohamed Alogandi, we understand that healing does not begin with technique — it begins when we open ourselves. Life without love, and love without laughter, is simply Qi that has stopped flowing through the body.

YIN & YANG THE BALANCE OF OPPOSITES

Course Overview

Traditional Chinese Medicine teaches that health is balance. Too much yang (activation) depletes us. Too much yin (rest) stagnates us.
True vitality lives in the dance between the two. Our approach honours both:

Yang — High-Frequency Activation

This training introduces a dynamic blend of traditional Yang practices designed to cultivate strength, vitality, and inner power. You’ll explore flowing Movement Qi Gong sequences, Shaolin-inspired practices, and selected Kung Fu techniques integrated safely for energy cultivation and body awareness. The program also includes Iron Body Qi Gong for fascia strengthening and tendon conditioning, alongside joint-strengthening and balance training that improves mobility and coordination. Together, these practices build structural power and resilience from the inside out — energising the body, sharpening the mind, and cultivating presence through mindful movement

Yin — Low-Frequency Restoration

This part of the training focuses on deeply restorative Yin practices that support healing, balance, and inner awareness. You’ll explore Yin Yoga with long-held, passive poses that release tension and nourish connective tissues, alongside organ-focused meridian work designed to stimulate and balance the body’s energy channels. Through breath regulation that activates the parasympathetic nervous system, sound healing for vibrational alignment, and meditative Qi cultivation practices, you’ll learn how stillness can become a powerful tool for restoration. Together, these Yin practices replenish energy, open the meridians, and activate the body’s natural healing response.

The Complete System: 5 Elements Qi Gong

Rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this system works directly with the body’s five major organ systems and their emotional and energetic qualities. Through practices that support the Heart, Lungs, Liver, Spleen, and Kidneys, you’ll explore how each element influences vitality, emotional balance, and overall wellbeing. Training includes movement-based Qi Gong, healing sound practices, meridian activation, and Yin Yoga integration to harmonize these energetic pathways. Additional systems such as Chakra Qi Gong, Joint and Balance Qi Gong, Iron Body Qi Gong, and Flexible Body Training cultivate resilience, mobility, and internal strength, while Shaolin and Kung Fu–inspired techniques introduce martial foundations that safely develop focus, power, and energetic awareness.

Sound Healing & Frequency Work

Our Sound Healing and Frequency Work explores the powerful role of vibration in restoring balance within the body and mind. Through practices such as organ healing sounds, breath-frequency awareness, and tonal resonance techniques, you’ll learn how sound can support emotional release and nervous system regulation. These practices help recalibrate the body’s natural rhythms — where higher frequencies energize and uplift, while deeper tones encourage grounding and restoration. Together, they create a harmonious balance that supports both vitality and deep inner healing.

Yin Yoga Integration

Our Yin Yoga integration supports deep restoration by working directly with the body’s meridian pathways and connective tissues. Through long-held postures, these sessions help stimulate energy channels, support organ health, and improve mobility while gently releasing tension in the fascia. The practice also encourages activation of the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body to enter a state of healing and relaxation. With mindful stillness and breath awareness, each posture becomes a gateway to emotional balance, inner awareness, and profound restoration.

If you are a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200 or higher) seeking to expand your offerings, we offer a 100-Hour YACEP Continuing Education Program covering:

Certification: Upon completion, you will receive a 100-Hour YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education) certificate, applicable toward maintaining your RYT status.

Prerequisites: Completed 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (any school)
