Myself Dr.Jenifar Prince.P.H was born and brought up in Tamilnadu, one of the most beautiful and epic state in Southern part of India where Arts, culture and Tradition meets up together.
I’m a Holistic Yogic and Naturopathic physician and a skilled Acupuncturist, I have completed my Undergraduation in BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences).

I started my journey towards Yoga at the age of 10 under the guidance of my Guruji Yogam.V.Thangaraj, he is one of the student of A great master B.K.S.Iyengar ji. There with my parents and Guruji’s support I took part in many District and state level yoga competitions and have won many medals and I have also got a  Title award in 2019 as YOGA SIRPI for my dedication towards the field of Yoga in a younger age.

After completing my BNYS I started carrer as a Physician to treat different ailments by substituting Yogic practice in a therapeutical aspect in a holistic way.

I’m also a Bharathanatiya Dancer and a carnatic vocalist and my other achievements are Best Teacher award in the field of Yoga and Bharathanatiyam in 2025.
