500-Hour Comprehensive Training Pathways
Our 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training combines both the 200-hour foundational and 300-hour advanced programs into one comprehensive journey. You’ll develop strong teaching skills, deepen your personal practice, and graduate with the highest level of Yoga Alliance certification (RYT500)

50-100H Short
Courses & Continued Education

Hatha Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga
Step into a disciplined path. You’ll learn the traditional Primary Series, correct vinyasa count, and safe hands-on adjustments, while cultivating strength, focus, and humility as both practitioner and teacher.

Yin Yoga
Dive into the art of stillness and surrender. This training teaches you to sequence and guide deeply meditative Yin classes using anatomical understanding of fascia, meridian theory, and energetic balance

Ayurveda & Yoga
Integrate the sister sciences of yoga and Ayurveda for holistic wellbeing. You’ll learn to recognize body-mind constitutions (doshas), design classes for balance, and weave Ayurvedic wisdom into asana, pranayama, and lifestyle guidance.

Meditation

About Shree Hari Yoga School
Yoga Teacher Training Courses (TTC)
We offer 200-hour, 300-hour, 500-hour & Yoga Teacher Training Courses, along with
specialized 50-hour and 100-hour modules in Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Restorative Yoga,
Pranayama, and Meditation. Our trainings are certified by Yoga Alliance, ensuring international
recognition.
Our courses are open to all levels. Beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners are welcome
— the training is designed to help you grow from wherever you are in your practice.
Your course includes:
• Daily yoga, pranayama & meditation classes
• Yoga philosophy, Yoga Biomechanism, teaching methodology, Asana clinic
• Training manual, pre-course study materials
• Certification upon successful completion
• Shared or private accommodation (depending on your booking)
• Three healthy vegetarian/vegan meals per day
• Weekend excursions and community events
• 3 vegetarian meals daily (except Sat dinner & Sun), with meals and teas aligned to daily Colour
Therapy themes.
• Ayurveda sessions (Doctors consultation) & ice bath (Goa only)
Yes. Upon graduation, you will receive a Yoga Alliance–certified certificate, allowing you to teach
yoga worldwide.
A €300 deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance has to be paid 2 weeks
before arrival.

A: No prior experience is required for the 200-hour TTC — it’s suitable for beginners and dedicated
practitioners alike. The 300-hour and 500-hour programs are advanced levels, designed for certified
yoga teachers wishing to deepen their knowledge and practice.
