I first discovered yoga from a Western perspective and was fortunate to find some of my Gurus along the way. I follow the Bhakti lineage, which was introduced to me during my Bhakti Teacher Training at ISKCON Soho in London. This training equipped me with knowledge and skills in mantra, kirtan, the Vedas, and harmonium lessons.
This came at a time of deep self-inquiry, a few years after completing my first 200-hour Teacher Training in Ashtanga-Vinyasa. Each class I attended led me deeper within, sparking a desire to clarify what I was feeling. My continued studies have focused on Yoga for Stress, Anxiety, and PTSD, Advanced Sanskrit Studies, and Yoga Therapy – specifically, rewiring the neuroplasticity of the mind through yoga.
I combine Yoga Philosophy with Modern Yoga and Neuroscience, and for the past six years, I’ve been dedicated to serving the yoga community internationally. I’ve taught in studios, gyms, prisons, workshops, retreats, and Yoga Teacher Training Courses (YTTCs).
